Winter Solstice Yoga at Defiance Ridge Vineyards

Winter Solstice is a special time of year.

Join Kathy Kessler, PT, LMT, RYT-200 on the yoga mat at Defiance Ridge Vineyards for a Fireside Yoga Practice, as we say good-bye to the darkness and shift to new light. The practice begins at 9:00 AM. It will include a gentle flow, restorative and yin yoga postures, with reflections, meditations, and breath work, and we will complete the practice at 10:30 AM after a long pause in Savasana.

Each yogi will receive a glass of wine, mimosa or soft drink after the practice. You are welcome to linger in fellowship at Defiance Ridge Vineyards with fellow yogis, friends and family.

Please bring a yoga mat, 2 blankets – one for under you and one over you, strap, blocks, and eye bag (if you have), and any of your own yoga props that will enhance your experience.
