Join Kathy Kessler as she leads a Yoga Retreat in the Azores, Portugal.  We invite you to dream big and be adventurous, taking this week long excursion to the Sao Miguel island off the coast of Portugal.  Each morning we awaken to a beautiful yoga practice in the gardens or amongst the trees, enjoy breakfast at the Terra Nostra Hotel, then off on adventures exploring the island.  A second yoga practice will be offered most days before dinner and you will have a chance to hike, play in waterfalls, enjoy the beach, taste the finest local cuisine, and explore lakes, vistas and more..
